This online class is designed to get you:


- awakened the energy in the body,

- felt your body deeper than usual,

- relieved the surface tension,

- and took the first step toward releasing inner blocks through bodywork.


During the practice you will learn to feel the body in a new way - not just as a set of muscles or emotions, but as a living, feeling system with which you can interact. We will work through Vadim Borisov's author's method, which combines simple but effective body techniques.

But it's a good start - to:

- to familiarize yourself with the method,

- to get a feel for Vadim's approach,

Practice will do:

Explanation of the principles of the method, preparation of the body and nervous system for work, setting up for practice.


Techniques to relieve superficial muscle and emotional tension

Working with soft body techniques to reduce stress levels and restore sensitivity.


Immersion in an altered physiological state

Soft shift of attention focus from external to internal, activation of parasympathetic response (recovery mode).


Working with bodily reflexes and automatisms

Identifying and gently correcting the body's habitual reactions to stress and tension.


Activation of sensorimotor sensitivity

Deepening bodily perception, developing awareness of sensations, stimulating inter-system regulation.
