The early years: a journey that began with wind and water
Vadim Borisov (born 1979) grew up in a special environment from a young age, based on the yacht club founded by his father. This space of freedom, discipline and teamwork shaped important qualities in him: responsibility, leadership and inner support.

From an early age, he observed how an idea in which one believes can unite people. His father entrusted him with serious tasks, and already at the age of 18 Vadim became the director of a yacht club, where he did not just manage, but created his own training and practical programs.

It was during this period that his first steps towards body and energy work began. He intuitively felt how through simple actions and a special state he could help others - to remove fear, awaken strength, return contact with himself. He conducted meditative practices, body exercises and even symbolic walks over coals, without calling it by any terms - just doing what worked.

The experience of working with teenagers, organizing educational processes and a natural desire to share became the basis for his further path. Even then it became clear: he knows how to create a space in which a person can open up, become more confident and free.
Education, career and the path of the entrepreneur
After an active start as a teenager, Vadim enrolled at the Institute of Tourism and then continued his studies at a pedagogical university. He later defended his PhD in pedagogy and taught for more than 20 years, training students and helping them to discover their strengths. Education gave him a systematic approach, the ability to work with people and a subtle understanding of internal processes.

In parallel with teaching, Vadim actively developed entrepreneurial projects in different areas. Together with his father and older brother, he supervised a yacht club, founded his own college, and later went into the hotel business - for more than 10 years he managed hotels and countryside complexes, building not only service, but also an atmosphere of care and comfort.

In 2019, he launched the Aussie Wear clothing brand, which quickly became in demand: in 2020-2021, the brand took the top 1 position in the hoodie segment on Wildberries and Lamoda. He launched productions, managed teams, negotiated, opened new directions. This stage taught him to act on a large scale, make quick decisions and take responsibility.

But despite commercial success, internally this path stopped responding. After his divorce and conscious withdrawal from business, Vadim found himself at the point of a complete reboot. This personal crisis was not the end, but the beginning: it was what brought Vadim to the real business of life - helping people return to themselves through body and energy.
Personal crisis: when everything fell apart
The hardest fracture occurred in 2022 - after his divorce from his wife, with whom they had lived together for more than 20 years. It was not just the breakup of a relationship, it was the collapse of a whole world.

Vadim had always lived for his family. All his projects, businesses, efforts - everything was for the stability, well-being and future of their three children. Together they traveled a lot, wintered in Thailand, lived in Turkey, spent a year and a half in Dubai. They were preparing to move to Australia: they sold everything in Russia, bought a house and a car on the new continent. And it was then - at the moment of a complete repackaging of life - that the breakup occurred.

The divorce was a blow not only to his feelings, but also to his identity. First, no one in his family had ever been divorced before. Second, he didn't just lose his family - he lost the role he had clung to with all his soul: that of husband, father, protector, breadwinner. He was left alone with himself - without the usual scenarios, without the future that he had spent so long building.

Vadim gave the business to his ex-wife, who, together with their children, stayed to live in Dubai. He himself returned to Russia after 5 years of being nowhere - he had only $700 in his pocket. Complete lack of plans for the future and a big internal question: "Who am I now?".
The return to self and the birth of a method
After an active start as a teenager, Vadim enrolled at the Institute of Tourism and then continued his studies at a pedagogical university. He later defended his PhD in pedagogy and taught for more than 20 years, training students and helping them to discover their strengths. Education gave him a systematic approach, the ability to work with people and a subtle understanding of internal processes.

This personal crisis was not the end, but the beginning: it was what brought Vadim to the real business of life - helping people return to themselves through body and energy.
The present: practice and mission
During this period, he began to gradually work with people - first in a small circle, then openly. There were individual sessions, the first mini-groups, the first feedback thatconfirmed that what he was doing was working.People felt relief, inclusion, a return to the body, to themselves, to life.

It was then that his second wife, Lera, appeared in his life. It was not just a meeting, but a joining of two people who were going to themselves - each through their own depths, through their own zeroing in. Some call it a new age union, but the fact is thatwe live together, create, help, and complement each other. We do not fight for roles, but walk side by side - in true partnership.

The method, which by that time had already begun to take shape, was literally moving at a seven-mile pace. Each session, each response, each request from people opened up new facets. It continued to develop through practice, through live contact, through honest work with the body and memory.

The mission became clear: to unite people, to help them work with feelings, to let go of tension, to restore contact with themselves. Through the body, through the breath, through the energy of life.

Today we lead live and online practices, teach, conduct retreats and individual consultations. In 2024 we have traveled to more than 14 countries, and we are happy to come wherever we are welcome. We are developing an online school and a training program for specialists, because we want the method to be available to those who really want to change.

The Neurowave method is officially patented in Russia, and Vadim himself was recognized as the best body therapist of the year in 2024.
