What is the Neurowave method?
Neurowave is a method of working deeply with the body and emotions so that a person can feel alive, free, and relaxed.

It is based on simple exercises inspired by ancient Taoist practices and modern bodywork approaches. The method helps to release tension that has built up in the body over the years and gently let go of what prevents you from living easily.

Neurowave is a body therapy method aimed at releasing psycho-emotional tension from the human body by forming new neural connections.

The scientific definition of the Neurowave method is a body-oriented neuropsychotherapeutic approach aimed at working with stable psycho-emotional and neurophysiological patterns through the regulation of the body and nervous system.

Scientific basis of Neurowaves
method correlates with the data:
Neuropsychology
Activate a new neural network in the human body that facilitates the instantaneous transmission of information from external and internal stimuli to the emotional centers.
Psychological trauma
The accumulated psychological tension, expressed in the form of blocks and muscle clamps, is quickly released, which creates an important therapeutic effect for the person.
Body-oriented therapy
The body is viewed not as an object of correction or a source of symptoms, but as a carrier of adaptive mechanisms and a vital channel for recovery.
Regulation of the autonomic nervous system
The work is carried out on the human autonomic nervous system by stimulating nerve endings, which are expressed by reflex muscle reactions.
Uniqueness and novelty of the method

Its key feature is the combination of physical impact, attention, breathing, and controlled changes in consciousness, which allows it to affect levels of regulation that are not accessible to cognitive work alone.

  • For physical practitioners:
A set of techniques is provided to relieve deeper physical tension in the fascia caused by a negative psychological state.
  • For psychologists
the ability to work with any mental and physical issues, providing a clear algorithm of actions for releasing psychological trauma from the human body.
  • For energy practitioners
An effective tool for drawing energy flows into the human body and expanding its energy field by clearing energy channels and removing negative blocks.
  • For anyone interested,
who want to break out of repetitive life patterns and improve their relationship with themselves and the world around them. Who want to understand themselves, achieve harmony, and remove psycho-emotional blocks from their bodies.

ONE OF THE MAIN FEATURES OF THE NEUROWAVE METHOD - IS ITS REMARKABLE SIMPLICITY.IT IS NOT AN ESOTERIC SYSTEM FOR THE CHOSEN FEW, NOR IS IT A TECHNIQUE THAT REQUIRES TRAINING. IT IS A METHOD THAT CAN BE MASTERED BY ABSOLUTELY EVERY LIVING PERSON.

THIS IS ITS BEAUTY .

🧘 SOURCES - DAOS PRACTICES

The ancient Taoist tradition includes a number of effective techniques:

* body flexibility and softness exercises to relax joints and circulate energy (qi), especially in the back, hips, shoulders
* dynamic exercises that strengthen tendons and muscles, harmonizing body and mind
* breathing practices to regulate vital energy and relieve overexcitement

Building off of these practices, Neurowave uses movement and breathing as precise tools of liberation from within.
🌱 PARALLELS WITH RAICH AND BODY THERAPY

Wilhelm Reich developed vegetotherapy in the 1930s, aimed at releasing the "characteristic shell" - the muscle clamps that store emotional tension. He used breathing and deep work with fascia and muscles to release emotion - from "shell" to relaxation.

Neurowave builds on this idea: the body stores emotions and creates arousal that can be released through bodywork. But it goes further: not just through passive massage or analysis, but through active movement, impulse, breath and attention.
🔄 What the Neurowave method consists of
The Neurowave Method consists of four clearly structured stages that are sequenced within a single practice. These are not disconnected techniques - they are a holistic, proven path that leads to transformation through the body.
1. Warm-up and identifying the request
At this stage, the person gets in touch with themselves. Through breathing, movement, and physical tuning, we identify where the energy is stuck, what request is relevant for today — physical, emotional, or mental. It can be pain, fear, a dead end, resentment, or, conversely, numbness and lack of sensation.

2. Activating sensitivity and starting the wave
Next, we turn on micro-movement, breathing, and pulsation. Through specific work with the body, a wave is activated — an impulse that passes through the body. Sensitivity begins to come alive, tremors, warmth, and micro-vibrations appear. The person begins to feel again, rather than just "thinking about themselves."

3. Emotional release of the block
When the body is activated and a wave of impulses and vibrations passes through it, what has been hidden for a long time rises in the body: negative emotions, disturbing memories, suppressed reactions, unexpressed feelings. Without analysis or words, we use a set of techniques from the Neurowave method to release the body. This stage frees the body from the weight of the past, the "armor" and clamps. Here, catharsis occurs, a psychological release from all the negativity that has accumulated throughout life, that is, we throw off the extra weight from our shoulders, heart, and stomach.

4. Practices for filling with energy and pleasure
After we have cleansed our energy vessel, the body needs to be filled with something "delicious" and interesting. Logically, we move on to the second side of the Neurowave method, which helps to awaken the deep layers of neural connections tuned to reception and arousal. In this way, a person can more fully accept their sexuality and experience the effect of a warm, simultaneously relaxing and exciting wave throughout the body. A person experiences pleasure, feels energy, lightness, softness, expansion. This is not necessarily about sexuality — it is about a living vibration inside, access to one's own resources.

The method is dual: first we release, then we fill.

Without filling, there is no stability. Without release, there is no true pleasure. This is the depth of the method.
💥 Emotional Release: why it's needed and why it looks like this

If you've seen videos of Neurowave practices and wondered why people are screaming, crying, twitching, freezing or having strong reactions - it's normal. And it's not a "show." It is an environmentally friendly and controlled release of tension that has been building up in the body for years.
🧠 Why does the body "remember" emotions?

Wilhelm Reich, a student of Freud and the founder of body therapy, discovered in the 1930s that the psyche and the body are inseparable. When a person cannot express an emotion - fear, anger, pain, shame, despair - they repress it. This energy does not disappear, it gets stuck in the body, forming a so-called "muscular shell". Later neurophysiology confirmed: fascia - the connective tissue of the body - stores emotional experiences.

Every time you "shrunk" instead of crying, screaming, running away - the body remembered .
⚙️ How it works at Neurowave
The method activates the autonomous nervous system, which is responsible for instincts: hit, freeze, run.

Through special bodily impulses and micro-movements, Vadim reaches the deep layers of muscles, fascia and the unconscious - something we don't have access to in ordinary life.

The reactions you see in practice are not imitations, they are arelease from the body of emotional tension accumulated over the years. Some are yelling, some are sobbing, some are freezing in tears or starting to shake. It's not an oddity, it's a healthy release - like a compressed spring that's finally allowed to unwind.

Contact techniques are

- is a framework with which to work with anyone, regardless of sensitivity level.

It is a direct influence on the body: through touch, pressure, vibrations, we trigger deep processes.Contact allows us to quickly release clamps, work through traumas, activate energy and restore sensitivity.

It is through the body that you can awaken orgasmicity, increase flow and release repressed emotions. We work on key points of the body, fascia, channels - you can learn more about the method on the button below.

If you want to work with your body in a direct, clear and powerful way - the Contact Techniques module will give you a solid foundation and fast, visible results.

Non-contact techniques are

... a gentle but profound way of working with the body and energy without touching. They help you reach subtle, subconscious levels that are not always accessible through physical contact.

In this module you will learn how to work through the field, attention and state, recognize energetic reactions and read body signals. We also study contact - one day is dedicated to it, so that you know how to switch between formats.

You can go through the modules in any order: you can start with contact, you can start with non-contact. If you are close to subtlety, depth and working through a state, this module will give a powerful inner change.
