Each technique is practiced in detail in a demonstration on a model from among the participants, and then practiced in pairs. You will have time to work with all the participants of the course, feeling different energy structures and getting different experiences.

For women who feel insecure around men, I regularly hold Women's Workshops.
If you are not ready to participate in trainings, I am always waiting for you at a personal session.

Most of the practices are bodily. We do not touch intimate areas, do not get under clothes, do not give movements of a sexual nature. I reserve the right to remove from the training without explanation after the first warning (but this has never happened).
Of course, just in case, bring everything you need to feel safe. Hygiene products, spare underwear/dress/pants to make you feel safer in the first place ☺️
In my experience of the sessions, everything goes well. It is possible (just possible) that working with the body will cause blood flow, and so to speak, more intensely affect the feeling of well-being, but everything is individual and it is impossible to predict it.

Pregnancy, taking antidepressants (and illegal substances), heart disease, alcohol and drug intoxication, recent fractures and surgeries less than 3 months old, any fresh stitches, oncology. Please, if in doubt, write and consult with us in person.
For group practices, yes. You should come in WHITE (light-colored) solid-colored tight clothes. For women, a sports top/shirt + sweatpants/shorts is ideal. For men t-shirt + athletic shorts/lightweight linen pants. The navel should be open or accessible (for your own convenience).
