Each morning starts with an introductory part, where we tune in, explain the essence of the practices and prepare the body and attention. This is followed by practices in pairs: first you work in the role of a master, then in the role of a client (or vice versa, if you wish). We go through the techniques in detail, show them on a model, and then you move on to practicing with different partners.
This is not just practicing techniques - it is a process that touches deep states. That's why we take regular pauses: for rest, conversation, tuning in, checking in with your body and feelings. This is an important part of the work, which helps you not to "run through" the practice, but to live it and bring out real understanding.
The structure of the program is not fixed rigidly. We form it vividly - depending on the state of the group, the level of preparation and inner requests. Because, as it may sound, the field really works. And when you come to a conscious group, it is not gathered by chance. In it you will meet exactly those mirrors, support and challenges that you need right now.

That is why during EVERY practice I spend time with EVERY couple. I give feedback, analyze cases at the general shering, and give them a "giveaway" if necessary.
It is important to realize that I have a PhD in pedagogy and 20+ years in education. I keep all theory as simple as possible in my presentation and explain it in detail.

The result of each practice depends 70% on you and 30% on your partner. Exactly how deeply you allow yourself to go into yourself, into your experiences, to live them, to manifest and to spill them out, that is how much your life will change.
Please be involved in all stages of the training: do an active warm-up and include your body. Don't slack off, each stage has been verified by hundreds of trainings, and affects your result (even if your brain at the moment considers it absurd and wants to escape).
We try to keep the balance of M-J, but there are no restrictions on G-J, M-M couples. We don't let sexuality in, we don't give our energy, we don't take our partner's energy. We are learning to be holistic and in a master state. At this point it is completely irrelevant what gender person is working with you. For women who feel insecure around men, I regularly hold Women's Workshops.
If you are not ready to participate in trainings, I am always waiting for you at a personal session.
In my experience of the sessions, everything goes well. It is possible (just possible) that working with the body will cause blood flow, and so to speak, more intensely affect the feeling of well-being, but everything is individual and it is impossible to predict it.
100% I can only say that girls practice in any condition and there have been no mishaps.
2. We do not exchange energy and do not transfer energy. If there is an unconscious fear in you that a demon will jump out of someone and will definitely cling to you, I will answer - it will be so. It is impossible to attract into your life what is not inside yourself. Your fears and attitudes will trigger you from within until you work through them.
